Many of us are always worried about someone getting a hold of our financial information and stealing us blind. That is why we do everything we can to protect ourselves and our information. But what about the scams we have heard about for years? Are we right to be afraid of these methods? Below we have listed a few ways that scammers steal your money through ATM machines and cards.
- Photos show ATMS that are equipped by scammers with a wireless camera and a duplicate card reader.
- Thieves steal PIN numbers and ATM cards by using plastic sleeves that are called ‘Lebanese Loops’.
- Photos show scammers a person’s ATM card through the use of a strip of film.
